Tanja Wehage's recipe won the Amateur Mac 'N Cheese Contest at the 2008 Taste of Tillamook County

Wehage Whoppin Mac and Cheese

Ingredients:
 
1 bag large elbow noodles, cooked
1 1/2 lbs of Tillamook® Extra Sharp Special Reserve cheese, cubed
1 lb of Tillamook® Sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 cup butter
4 Tbsp. of flour
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tsp. garlic
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 Tsp. Johnny's seasoning salt
 
Cooking Directions:
 
  Heat oven to 350 degrees. Divide Cheese. Layer noodles and cubes of cheese in 13" x 9" pan. Set aside. In a medium saucepan melt butter. Add spices and flour. Allow to thicken and brown, add cheese and milk. Bring to a boil, pour over noodles. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
