AVOCADO BLACK BEAN SALSA
Ingredients
| 3 avocados, diced |
| 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed |
| 4 large Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced |
| 1 large bunch cilantro, rinsed and chopped fine |
| 3 limes, juiced |
| 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced |
| 2 Serrano peppers, seeded and diced |
| ½ Tsp. Kosher salt |
| 1 ½ tsp. Canola oil |
| 1 tsp. cumin |

| Directions: |

| Toss all ingredients together. Serve beneath
Tortilla-Crusted Petrale Sole or your favorite dish. |
