AVOCADO BLACK BEAN SALSA

Ingredients

3 avocados, diced
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
4 large Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 large bunch cilantro, rinsed and chopped fine
3 limes, juiced
2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
2 Serrano peppers, seeded and diced
½ Tsp. Kosher salt
1 ½ tsp. Canola oil
1 tsp. cumin
 
Directions:
 
Toss all ingredients together. Serve beneath Tortilla-Crusted Petrale Sole or your favorite dish.

Makes 6 servings.
