From Portland on Highway 6: 

Take Highway 26 West, turning left onto Highway 6 West. After coming out of the mountains into the Tillamook valley, stay on Highway 6 for approximately 2 miles. Turn left at Wilson River Loop road (yellow blinking light). Turn left onto Third Street to reach the Tillamook County Fairgrounds parking lot. 

From Points North on Highway 101: 

Entering Downtown Tillamook on Highway 101 South, get into the left lane. Turn left onto Third Street and get into right lane. Remain in the right hand lane until you reach a "V" in the road (past the Tillamook County Courthouse) and veer to the right onto Third Street. Remain on Third Street for about 1 ½ miles until you reach the Tillamook County Fairgrounds. 

From Points South on Highway 101: 

Entering Downtown Tillamook on Highway 101 North, get into the right lane. Turn right onto Third Street. Remain in the right hand lane. Remain in the right hand lane until you reach a "V" in the road (past the Tillamook County Courthouse) and veer to the right onto Third Street. Remain on Third Street for about 1 ½ miles until you reach the Tillamook County Fairgrounds.
